COVID-19 UPDATE: We are temporarily extending our return policy to accept packages within 45 days of purchase.
Purchases may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. (30 days from when your package is delivered for preorders). All sale or clearance purchases are final - no returns accepted. Returns will only be accepted for items that are new - unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
We do not offer exchanges. Since our inventory changes regularly, we cannot offer exchange options on any item, but we do offer free returns for store credit and a prepaid return label. Just enter your order details below, select, "Store Credit" as your refund method, and send your items back as normal. As soon as we receive your return, we will email you with a code to redeem your Store Credit, then you can place your new order whenever you’d like.
Allow 1-2 weeks for our warehouse team to receive and process your refund. We try to make it as speedy as possible.
Note that refunds back to original forms of payment will vary depending on your provider for how quickly it will show up in your account.
For international orders, prepaid return labels are not currently available. Please initiate a return as normal. You will then receive an email confirmation that includes the shipping address of our warehouse. It is highly recommended you ship your international package with a tracking number.
